Yes, we are open!

As our storefront prepares to open up again, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees, and partners.

We are working hard to ensure adherence to Ontario Public Health and Ottawa Public Health protocols and guidelines. Although there have been no reports of human illnesses that suggest COVID-19 can be transmitted by packaging, food, or fresh products like flowers, still, we remain vigilant as safety remains our top priority.

We ask all customers placing custom orders to please do so in advance by telephone or through our website, as we continue to have limited staffing during this time. Otherwise, please expect a minimum of a 2-hour wait time.

Specific steps we have taken to protect our staff and customers:

• Mandatory masks: all staff and customers will be required to wear masks inside our store
• Physical distancing: 
  • Customers are asked to physically distance themselves from others while inside the store
  • In the case of a high volume of people inside the store, some customers may be asked to wait outside to be served
• Enhanced cleaning and training: 
  • Daily cleaning of all facilities including door knobs, countertops, phones, POS machines, and equipment
  • Staff will be trained to follow all health and safety measures
• Protective barrier: Our store will have a protective shield installed at the payment counter
• Hand sanitizer: Customers may feel free to use our complimentary hand sanitizer
• Store signage: Additional signage will be posted to help maintain a safe environment
• Contactless pick-up/deliveries: 
• • Pick-up orders will be delivered curbside
  • Recipients will be notified of delivery and gift will be left at the door
  • Drivers will sanitize hands and all touch-points before and after each delivery
  • Drivers are required to wear masks throughout the whole delivery process 
  • Business orders will be dropped at the front desk
  • Nursing homes and hospital deliveries will follow the protocol set by the facility
• Due to current limited staffing, we recommend our customers to place pick-up orders in advance to reduce the amount of time and people in store
